Campo Viejo rosé is reminiscent of Côte de Provence but inspired by the Campo Viejo house style. Fresh, aromatic and crisp, it's a wine that evokes the spirit of summer - great to drink on its own, but also perfect with grilled fish, tomato salad, vegetable-based dishes, Asian cuisine (sushi, sweet and spicy chicken, jackfruit curry, sweet and sour cauliflower), rice-based dishes, fish & chips, tofu & veggie stir fry. A fabulous aperitif to share with friends and family or enjoyed over dinner. Best served at 7-10ËC.Tasting Notes:Crisp and elegant. The grapes are harvested in the cool of the night to best retain the vibrant fresh berry flavours, then crushed into vats and held at a low temperature to delay the start of fermentation. They will rest on their skins for a few hours until a very pale pink must develops. Some of the free-run juice is then carefully bled off and cold fermented to produce this vibrant Campo Viejo Rosé.
