Fajita Chicken - Serves 4
You Will Need
2 tbsp vegetable oil, 500g chicken breast, sliced into 4-5cm strips, 1 red pepper, finely sliced, 1 yellow pepper, finely sliced, 1 onion, finely sliced, 6 tsp fajita seasoning wraps, to serve
Method
1. Over a medium heat, heat the oil & add the chicken, vegetables and seasoning into the pan.
2. Stir-fry for 8-10 mins whilst stirring or until the chicken is cooked.
3. Create your fajita with your favourite fillings and the fajita chicken.
