Preparation and Usage
COOKING WITHOUT DEFROSTING: For a better result, we recommend cooking in a frying pan: Cook for 4min in a hot frying pan, without adding any fat, on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Microwave oven (750W): Cook on a suitable dish without covering: 150g - 3min. 300g - 6min.
